Pietermaritzburg World Cup 2012 - DH Finals in Photos

I hear you, but it's certainly not a bad thing for the sport to bring the fitness element in. Half the reason BCF/UCI haven't pumped money into DH until recently is because they see us as unfit thrill seekers, not athletes. & if you can get down that track as fast as the big boys on a hardtail, hats off to you. :)

Is it good design or bad design? I say good design, it may look horrible & loud, but much like the Sam Hill kit, it's instantly recognisable as TLD, which is what they want as a brand.

Thanks! Yeah, the camber is intended for your average XC trail rider. But with a few tweaks it can handle a lot more! :)

Pinkbike Photo of the Year - and the Winner is...

Congrats to the winner! My experience in the design world.. A large proportion of a pay check will be spent on travel/living costs and pumped back into kit, that's if the client pays up on time. Throw into the mix the fact that there's always someone who will be prepared to work for free, for experience. I can guarantee a lot of the photographers on the hill do it for the love and really don't earn a great deal!

Ha, I've just noticed you got a shock pump too!!! Good luck with the sale. I'm selling mine as well, I already have a set of Boxxers and a 180 single crown fork doesn't really suit my riding style.. Brajal, i'd be interested in knowing how your pair arrives. They didn't list the prize as a brand new pair, but you kind of expect it. Thanks
